Gostilna Privošnik

Self-described as 'Hram Tradicionalne slovenske kuhinje' (Temple of Traditional Slovenian Cuisine). An old restaurant for travellers on the Roman road in Šempeter, operating since 1874. The current fourth and fifth generations of the Privošnik family operate the restaurant, which has preserved recipes from times when the inn prepared meals for merchants traveling along the ancient Roman road. The establishment has a homely ambience with many memories, mementos, and details that help maintain it in good condition.
