You can learn how to bake bread in a traditional way, how to  make a real corn polenta and other local dishes. You will see the production of local cheeses and pick your own herbs in the nearby meadows to make a cheese spread (to go with your home made bread)! You can also spend a day in the meadows with a shepherd and his animals or try some wine tasting.

The locals will welcome you at their homes to share their customs, their way of life and traditional recepies.

All workshops are taking place at the local farms that offer also accommodation.
